Jesse Radil begins his first year as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Cameron. He oversees all 14 programs in the weight room, also works directly with Men’s Basketball, Baseball, and Volleyball.

Radil was at Midwestern State as a strength and conditioning graduate assistant coach at Midwestern State. Radil worked with Women’s Basketball, Softball, and Volleyball with the Mustangs.
Radil earned three letters as an offensive lineman at Wayne State (Neb.) from 2017-19.
He served as a strength and conditioning intern at the University of Nebraska in 2021, then at Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska for the spring of 2022. Radil was also the Head Strength Coach at his alma mater -- West Harrison High School in Mondamin, Iowa.

Radil has his B.S. in Exercise Science from Wayne Sate College in Wayne, NE. He also has is M.Ed. in Sports Administration from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX.

Radil has his CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
