Cameron University Athletics

Entering his second season as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Cameron University, Charles Weber serves as the Aggies' hitting coach and works primarily with the program's infielders. He is responsible for developing the team's offensive approach while providing individualized instruction.
Prior to joining the Cameron coaching staff, Charles spent five seasons (2020–2025) as the hitting coach at St. Andrews University, an NAIA program in Laurinburg, North Carolina.
A native of Concord, North Carolina, Charles attended St. Andrews Presbyterian College where he was a four-year starter during its NCAA Division II era. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Andrews Presbyterian College before beginning his coaching career at Core Athletics, a training facility in Concord, NC.
