Coshan Cambell joined the Aggie coaching staff in the Spring of 2023. She comes to Cameron from McPherson College in Kansas, where she served as a graduate assistant. At McPherson, she was responsible for recruiting, social media and home meet operations and worked with the sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers.
She had tremendous success as a student-athlete at Highlands Community College and Wayland Baptist University. While training under Chad Clevenger at Highlands, she broke nine school records, earned eight NJCAA All-American distinctions, and won national titles in the 800-meter and 600-meter runs. She was also the Central Region USTFCCCA NJCAA Athlete of the Year. She ran for Brian Whitlock at Wayland Baptist and was named an NAIA All-American six times. Her 4x400 relay team also won a title at the NAIA national meet.
Coshan earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Wayland Baptist University and made the Sooner Athletic Conference Commissioners Honor Roll in 2020. She is working toward a master's degree in organizational leadership at Cameron. She is a native of Freeport, Bahamas.
